Arignar Anna College Of Arts and Science

 Arignar Anna College is a self-supporting co-educational institution, affiliated to the Periyar University, Salem. It was started in the year 2006 by Lakshmi Saraswathi Educational Trust, Chennai – 600 006. It is located in the heart of the town, and is easily accessible through local town bus and Auto. The College aims to provide quality education to the underprivileged and downtrodden Students in and around Krishnagiri District. Ours is the first self- financed College in this locality catering the needs of young minds. The academic excellence will help you to Explore, Educate and Empower.

   The initial strength of the College was 240 students. At present we are moulding 2744 students. We have a team of well experienced and highly qualified academic faculty members, who are committed to duty, discipline and dedication by imparting true education. It offers fourteen Under-Graduate, nine Post-Graduate courses and eleven Research Programmes (M.Phil., and Ph.D.,). Since the quality of education depends on the quality of teachers, our Staff members are constantly encouraged to update their knowledge, skills and improve their academic equilibrium and qualifications.
